Overview
- Travel/contract position in Columbus, Ohio
- 13-week contract
- Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
- 36 hours per week
- May be required to float
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- IV start capability
- Experience with Epic
- 7-year criminal background check
- Ohio BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 1 year of start
- Emergency contact form
- Employment application
- Skills checklist
- 2 professional references, with at least 1 from a manager/director or other formal leader
- Employment verification
- License verification
- NURSYS verification
- Orientation safety manual acknowledgment
- Fraud, waste, and abuse training certificate
- Ethics and compliance policies acknowledgment

- Previous travel experience
Work Expectations
- Unit-specific competency exam
- Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam within 1 year of start and annually
- May need to complete annual stroke education if assigned to a stroke-capable area
- Fit testing may be required depending on unit assignment
