Schedule
- Night shift
- 3x12s
- 36 hours per week
Assignment setting
- Critical Care Float
- Floats to all ICUs within the system, including MICU, SICU, NCCU, CVICU, cardiology/diagnostics, and transplant areas
- May float throughout the organization if there is no need in Critical Care
Required qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Critical Care Float (2 years of experience)
- Critical Care Float experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
- NIHSS
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
- Experience working with Cardiac Surgery patients
- Post Cardiac Surgery (Not directly from the OR)
- Management of dysrhythmias
Preferred qualifications
- None stated
Additional notes
- Weekend requirement: every other weekend, minimum of EOW
- Required to float to different units as needed
