Required Qualifications
- Valid Mammography Technologist license in Oregon
- Mammography Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
- Hologic experience
- License/certification verification: State license verification and national tech certification verification are required as applicable
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- IV Certification
- NIH Stroke Certification
- Respiratory safety clearance
- Skills checklist
- Competency exam
- Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
- Employment application including at least the last 5 years of employment
- Government-issued photo ID
- Social Security Card
- Education verification
- Background check
- Drug screen
- Physical exam
- TB screening
- MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, Flu, and COVID documentation or declination as applicable
