Description

American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with Hologic experience to work day shifts in a short-term acute care hospital setting.

Details

Short term acute care hospital setting with 418 staffed beds
Mammography department with 1:1 patient ratio
Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
No on-call, weekend, or block scheduling requirements
No floating between units required
Charting is done in Epic

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience required
Hologic experience required
Biopsy experience preferred
Compact license must be in hand at time of submission, if applicable
Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

First-time travelers will be considered for this position
Scrubs may be any color
No parking fees at this facility
Candidates accepted within 50 miles of the facility at a lower bill rate
Former Providence staff may return as travelers after a 3 month waiting period
Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront during the application process
2 professional references required, covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years
