MS/Tele

Overview

• Travel/Contract RN role in Omaha, Nebraska.
• 13-week contract option.
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00.
• 36-hour weekly option is available.
• Travelers are first to float and may be assigned to a unit based on experience.
• Travelers may be assigned to a sister campus 16 minutes away from the main campus.

Required Qualifications

• BLS.
• 2 years of prior experience, including 2 years in a large, urban hospital.
• EPIC charting experience.
• First-time travelers are not accepted, unless the traveler has 2 years of experience at a Level I Academic Medical Center.
• Must be prepared to float frequently within scope, including potentially to the sister campus.
• Must be more than 100 miles from the facility.

Preferred

• ACLS.

Additional Details

• Drips are required on all floors.
• Pending license is accepted; if the license is not in hand at submission, the traveler will be booked six weeks out.
• Scrubs are mandatory: Steele gray with the Nebraska Medicine logo on the back.
• Weekend requirement: 4 weekend shifts out of 8 possible in a 4-week period.
• Holiday requirement: 2 of 3 major holidays.
• Up to two weeks of RTO is permitted and must be submitted with the application.
• Parking is available for a fee.
