Travel/contract assignment in Columbus, Indiana
Department: Dept 7290 - X-Ray Nuclear Scan
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Rotating weeks: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM and 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
On call every third weekend, 7:00 AM-7:00 PM, and every third week from 4:00 PM-7:00 PM
40 hours per week
Contract length: 13 weeks
Locals accepted within 50 miles, at local rate
First-timers: depends on experience
May float within scope to meet facility needs
Pending state license not accepted

7-year background check within 30 days of start
EPLS/GSA/SAM within 30 days
HHS/OIG within 30 days
Education verification
Orientation Safety Manual acknowledgement
State License 1 verification
Photo for badge
Attestation within 48 hours of candidate signing
Parking permit application if parking onsite
Physical exam within 30 days of start
Negative TB or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella immunization/titer documentation
