Location: Port Huron, Michigan
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with alternating weekends
Setting: Inpatient Acute and Outpatient

Job Description

Seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time traveler position providing care in both inpatient acute and outpatient settings.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Michigan
• Minimum of 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Additional Information

• Fit testing for respirators is optional but may be required depending on location and must be completed prior to start if not done onsite
• Various compliance attestations and documentation required prior to onboarding
• Badge photo will be taken on the first day; no photo required beforehand
