Work Schedule

• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week)
• Shift times vary between 06:30 - 15:00 and 10:45 - 19:00
• Monday through Friday
• On-call required 2-3 days per week depending on experience and cases
• Every other weekend on-call rotation

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Minimum 3 years of CVOR experience, including experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Acute care experience
• Current BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Current ACLS certification
• DCI/BVP certification

Health and Safety Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccination series plus booster or completed declination
• Influenza vaccine or declination (required November 1 - March 31; declinations not accepted)
• Hepatitis B immunization series or immune titer (declinations not accepted)
• MMR vaccination or positive titer showing immunity
• Varicella vaccination or immunity proof
• Tdap vaccine as an adult (declinations not accepted)
• TB test within one year of start date
• Annual respirator fit test (3M 1860(s) mask accepted unless otherwise directed)

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

• Annual physical/health statement confirming clearance to work
• National criminal background check within one year of start date
• Drug screening within 60 days of start (minimum 10-panel including THC saliva test for California)
• Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam (minimum 80%)
• Prime Core Competencies Exam (minimum 80%)
• Prime Skills Checklist (does not expire during assignment)
• Prime Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening (minimum 80%)
• Prime Specialty Exam (minimum 80%)
• Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion check
• Prime Agency Attestation form
• Prime Form I-9 or agency attestation for employment eligibility
• Prime Badge Photo (clear headshot with plain background)
• Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (valid for 2 years)
• Education verification (diploma or transcripts if third-party verification unavailable)
• Two professional references required (one must be from a manager or direct supervisor)
• Driver’s license, state ID, or passport

• Some call and call-back responsibilities expected
