Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 26 weeks (approximately 6 months)

Job Description

• Growing Per Diem Pool
• Start Date: January 17, 2026
• Candidates must be available on weekends
• Preference given to candidates available for a full schedule through the end of January and the first week of February
• Minimum compliance requirements must be met prior to starting
• Full compliance profile must be completed within two weeks after the start date

Required Credentials & Compliance

Licenses & Certifications

• Active RN license (Nursys verification)
• BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• ACLS/PALS/NRP as required
• Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (valid for 2 years)
• DCI/BVP (Workplace Violence Prevention training)

Vaccinations & Health Requirements

• COVID-19 Vaccine: 2 doses plus booster or declination completed
• MMR: Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer showing immunity
• Varicella: Vaccination or titer showing immunity
• Influenza Vaccine: Required November 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026 (declinations accepted except at certain facilities)
• Hepatitis B: Declinations accepted
• Tdap: Declinations accepted
• TB Test: Within 1 year of start date
• Positive PPD with Negative Chest X-Ray: Every 4 years if applicable
• Physical/Health Statement: Annually, must state clear to work

Testing & Background Checks

• Drug Screen: Minimum 10-panel test WITH THC included, plus psychoactive THC saliva test (California law compliant) within 60 days of start
• National Criminal Background Check within 1 year of start date (some state-specific timing requirements apply)
• Prime Core Competencies Exam: Must score 80% or higher (attestation accepted)
• Prime Skills Checklist
• Prime Color-blind Test: Annual completion required
• Prime SAM/EPLS: Must search "Excluded Individual" with visible date
• Prime Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification)
• Prime Agency Attestation: Completed after all credentials are uploaded
• Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport
