Job Details

Specialty: Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
Location: Boise, Idaho
Shift: 20:30 - 07:00
Schedule: 7 on / 7 off rotation; Monday–Friday with rotating weekends
Call: Required every 3rd weekend
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Medical Lab Technician experience within the last year
1 year of Medical Lab Technician experience
ASCP certification
Associate degree
Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

COVID-19 vaccination or approved declination/exemption
10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start
License/certification verification dated within 30 days of start
Color vision screening
MMR immunity documentation
Varicella immunity documentation
Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year
Criminal background check dated within 30 days of start
Education verification
EPLS screening dated within the past 30 days
GSA/OIG screening dated within the past 30 days
NSO screening dated within 30 days of start
System access form completed one week before start
Fit test documentation
Hepatitis B immunization/titer documentation
TB screening (2-step PPD or IGRA)
Tdap vaccination or approved declination
I-9 completion
