Overview
- Location: Cleveland, Ohio
- Employment type: LTA
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Weekend position, 2 12-hour shifts plus 1 12-hour weekday shift
- Additional scheduling needs: May need to work a holiday or take a call shift
Role Details
- Must be able to do Ortho, Neuro, Vasc, Thoracic, Trauma
- Scrubbing is a plus
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
- Orthopedics experience
- Neurology experience
- Thoracic Surgery experience
- Trauma experience
Preferred
- COVID-19 vaccine
- Positive PPD with negative chest X-ray and annual TB questionnaire
- Annual negative PPD
- UHS Social Security Trace
- UHS NSO
- UHS National Database Criminal background check
