Pros

Hospital is definitely traveler friendly, I hear housing is good but I commuted. Scheduling on my unit was self scheduling and they allowed block scheduling. They have phlebotomy, transport staff, and RT which is always nice. Providers were easy to communicate with for the most part.

Cons

Clicky. Heavy patient load of very a consistent 1:6 ratio, 1:7 with LPN and rare for anything lower. Rare to have a CNA so RN does everything for patients. Honestly just very busy. Some providers suck.
