Overview
- Location: Boston, Massachusetts
- Employment type: LTA
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM, with a 2-week rotation
Required Qualifications
- MRI Technologist with 3 years of experience
- MRI Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ARRT
Onboarding / Compliance Requirements
- N95 fit test within 365 days of start date and updated annually
- Respirator medical clearance attestation, if fit testing is required for the skill
- MMR documentation or proof of immunity
- TB test documentation within 3 months of start date
- Health statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA
- Criminal background check
- Massachusetts CORI check
- Education verification
- SSN trace
- National sex offender check
- Exclusion checks
- Confirmation of assignment/POI form
- Beeline attestation
Notes
- MA conditional licenses are not accepted
- All work experience and education must include city and state
- Positive TB history requires a chest x-ray showing no active tuberculosis
- Name change documentation is only needed if credential documents do not match the candidate’s legal name or profile
