Work Schedule
- Week 1:
- Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
- Thursday: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Week 2:
- Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
- Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
Required Qualifications
- Specialty: MRI Technologist
- License: ARRT certification required
- Certifications:
- BLS (AHA preferred; Red Cross accepted in some cases)
- ARRT Certification
- Health Requirements:
- N95 Fit Test (within 365 days of start date, updated annually)
- MMR vaccination or proof of immunity
- Influenza vaccine (required during flu season, no exemptions)
- TB screening (skin test or blood test within 3 months of start date, updated if >6 month break)
- Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date
- Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity proof (strongly preferred)
- Tdap vaccine within 10 years (preferred)
- Background Checks:
- Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date
- Massachusetts CORI check within 30 days prior to start date
- National sex offender registry check within 30 days prior to start date
- Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, Medicaid lists) within 30 days prior to start date
- SSN trace covering past 7 years
- Professional Documentation:
- Primary source verification of professional license/certification within 30 days of start date
- Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city & state
- Two recent references (minimum one supervisor or above) in skillset
- Skills checklist required for submission
- Confirmation of assignment/POI form required for onboarding
- Education verification (highest level achieved)
- Additional:
- Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) attestation if fit test required
- Positive TB test requires chest x-ray documentation showing no active TB
