Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Mississippi
• Oncology (3 years of experience)
• Oncology experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Onboarding Requirements

• BLS certification from AHA or ARC
• Mississippi fingerprinting
• Unit-specific skills checklist within 1 year prior to start, updated annually
• Competency exam with passing score of 80% or higher within 1 year of start
• Core competencies with passing score of 80% or higher within 1 year prior to start, updated annually
• Criminal background check completed within 30 days prior to start, including SSN address trace, county criminal searches for all counties lived/worked in or attended school in during the last 7 years, national criminal check, NSO, OFAC, OIG, SAM, third-party education verification, last 5 years of employment verification, and driving record
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start
• MMR documentation
• Fit test within 1 year prior to start
• Hepatitis B documentation
• TB test or TB skin test documentation
• Health statement signed and dated within 1 year of start
• Varicella documentation
• Tdap documentation within the past 10 years
• Annual TB questionnaire within 6 months of start
• Badge photo
• Contract annual education packet
• Eye exam and color vision testing within 1 year prior to start
