Health & Immunization Requirements

• MMR: Proof of two vaccines or positive IGG titer (no declinations accepted)
• Varicella: Proof of two vaccines, serological immunity, or history verified by healthcare provider (no declinations accepted)
• Hepatitis B: Documentation of vaccination series completion or signed declination
• Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31); declinations accepted with mask requirement
• Tdap: Valid within 10 years (no declinations accepted)
• TB Testing: Positive IGRA or PPD results, negative chest X-ray within one year, and annual TB questionnaire
• Fit Test: Required for all travelers, preferred prior to start, updated annually
• Health Statement: Statement of good health or physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually

This position requires a travel RN with Medical/Surgical experience to work in a renal/diabetic unit with a patient ratio of 1:6-8. The contract length is approximately 13 weeks. Candidates must meet extensive credentialing, health, and background verification requirements prior to assignment start.
