Job Opportunity: Labor Delivery RN

Location: Hazard, Kentucky
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)

Job Description

• Minimum 5 years of current Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• Must have skills in BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
• Intermediate AWHONN Fetal Monitoring experience required
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred
• Schedule: 36 hours worked / 48 hours off over a two-week pay period
• Orientation occurs bi-weekly
• Must reside within 100 miles of the facility to be considered

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Kentucky
• Minimum 5 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience, including experience within the last year
• AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

• Ratios and schedules may fluctuate based on census and call-ins
• Candidates should not be submitted to more than one job at a time
• Start date is the date the position is needed
• Annual updates required for many certifications, health screenings, and background checks

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• No explicit prior travel experience required
