Shift: Blocked schedule, Wednesday through Saturday

Required Certification: ARRT (MR-MRI required)
State License: Required (can submit with pending license)
Preferred Experience: Siemens equipment experience
Holiday Time Off: No holiday time off will be approved

Requirements & Qualifications

Licenses & Certifications

ARRT certification in Radiology (MR-MRI required)
State license (NJ) required; temporary or emergency licenses require approval
ACLS (AHA only) for applicable clinical staff
BLS (AHA only) required for all RNs and most clinical staff
PALS (AHA only) for select units/staff
NRP required for Labor and Delivery, Mother Baby, NICU RNs
EFM certification required for Labor and Delivery (AWHONN Advanced or NCC C-EFM within 2 years)
Pass/Fail Testing onsite for all RN specialties, EKG Techs, and Cath Lab Techs (includes Telemetry and Medication exams)
Core Competency Exams (Parts I, II, III) required annually with 80% passing score
Color Blind Testing (Ishihara test) within 1 year of assignment start
Tech Certification Verification for Allied Professionals (ARRT required for Radiology)
Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement required
Acknowledgement of Pass/Fail Testing required for RNs, EKG Techs, Cath Lab Techs
NURSYS Verification for RNs and LPN/LVNs within 30 days prior to start

Background Checks & Verifications

7-year background check within 6 months of start (including national and state checks, sex offender, OIG, SAM.gov)
Education Verification (3rd party) or diploma as placeholder if pending
Employment Verification for last 7 years, completed 2 Fridays prior to start
Two references required (one from supervisor/manager within 12 months, second within 3 years)
Skills checklist specific to unit required

Health & Immunization Requirements (Must be completed within 72 hours of contract signing)

Physical exam or statement of health (within 12 months) signed by MD, DO, PA, or NP
Fit Mask test (N95 or equivalent) required annually for clinical positions
Negative TB test or chest X-ray (annual Quantiferon Gold or T-spot within 6 months)
Proof of immunizations or titers for:
- Rubeola (Measles)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Varicella
- Hepatitis B surface antibody or declination
Flu vaccination mandatory for the season (no religious or medical declinations accepted)
COVID-19 vaccination series and booster required (no declinations or partial series)
Drug testing: Negative 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start (no pending or rapid tests)

Additional Notes

Candidates must complete a self-learning module and post-test with 100% score prior to start
ECG Foundations exam required for all RNs to prepare for onsite pass/fail testing
No holiday time off allowed during contract
Locals accepted if within 75 miles (with adjusted pay rate)
