Job Opportunity: PTA Outpatient (Travel/Contract)

Job Details

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Employment Type: Travel/Contract
• State License: South Carolina PTA license required; pending state license accepted but must be obtained prior to starting
• Local Radius Rule: No locals accepted within 75 miles
• Guaranteed Hours: Based on hours signed in the contract
• Special Requirements: Must have Home Health experience
• BLS Certification: Required (AHA or RQI acceptable)
• Attendance Policy: More than two missed shifts without reasonable explanation during the 13-week contract may lead to contract review and possible cancellation

• Physical exam within 1 year of start, updated annually
• Fit mask (N95) within 1 year of start, updated annually
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 3 months of start
• Immunizations/vaccinations required or approved exemptions:

  • Rubeola (Measles)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Hepatitis B (vaccine series, positive titer, or declination)
  • Varicella
  • Seasonal Flu vaccination or declination (mask required if declined during flu season)
  • COVID-19 Dose 1 and 2 required or declination form

Required Documentation

• References (2 within 1 year of start for post-acute settings)

Additional Notes

• All Return to Office (RTO) requests must be included in the initial submission; late requests will not be considered
• Candidates must comply with all facility policies and documentation requirements to maintain contract status
• Testing requirements such as medication competency exams and pass/fail testing apply primarily to RN roles and are not required for PTA/Home Health
