Job Details
- Shift options: 36 or 48 hours
- Contract options: 13 or 26 weeks
- Units may include:
- 4CS, 5 West, 6 Neuro, 4/5 Lied, 6/7 Lied, 7 HVU, 8 Werner, 9 Trauma, Bellevue MS, Observation, SOTU
- Floating required within scope, including potential float to Bellevue campus
- Drip management required on all floors
- EPIC charting experience required
- First-time travelers NOT accepted unless they have 2 years experience at a Level I Academic Medical Center
- Care teams include CNAs, care techs, transport team, swoop/paramedics; LPNs assigned on some floors
- 100% nicotine-free facility
- Weekend shifts: 4 out of 8 possible in a 4-week period (Days: Sat & Sun; Nights: Fri & Sat nights)
- RTO (Return to Office) restrictions: Up to 2 weeks permitted, must be submitted with application
- Holiday requirement: Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
Experience & Certification Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a large, urban hospital (higher years of experience requirement confirmed)
- Prior travel experience: Not explicitly required, but first-time travelers generally not accepted unless experienced at Level I Academic Medical Center
- Certifications required:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) strongly preferred
- EPIC electronic medical record experience required
Licensing & Compliance
- Pending license accepted but must be in hand at time of submission or booking delayed by 6 weeks
- Background check required within 30 days of start, including federal enhanced search
- State-specific registry checks and verifications required
- Primary source verification of state license required prior to start
- Drug screen within 60 days of start and updated annually
- Physical exam, fit mask test, and various immunizations/vaccinations required and must be current (e.g., Tdap, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB testing)
- Flu vaccine preferred but not mandatory (documentation or declination required)
- COVID vaccine preferred; exemptions accepted

- Scrubs: Mandatory Steele gray scrubs with facility logo (provided after confirmation)
- Parking: Permit available (~$55/month) or daily parking rates apply
- Locals not accepted (must live more than 100 miles from facility)
