PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
NIHSS
Background check within 30 days of start covering all locations lived, worked, or attended school for the past 7 years, including SSN trace, counties, nationwide, national sex offender, and education verification

Competency Exam
Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, as applicable
2 professional references completed within 1 year of start
Tdap vaccine or signed declination
