Pediatric PACU RN

Overview

Travel/contract role in Seattle, Washington
13-week assignment
4x10 day/evening shifts
Start times: 6:30 AM or 1:00 PM
On-call requirement is currently 4 hours every 6 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Washington
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Pediatrics PACU - Post Anesthetic Care (2 years of experience)
Pediatrics PACU - Post Anesthetic Care experience within the last year
Experience working with Pediatric patients
Experience with Central line management
Experience with trached patients
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

Phase 1 and Phase 2 Recovery Care
IV Stars
Vents
Pediatrics
Travel experience
Varied PACU experience in multiple practice settings
Experience with a wide variety of acutely ill patient types
Academic setting experience
