Overview

Travel/Contract RN role in Greenville, South Carolina
32-bed Cardiac Telemetry unit
Shift: Day, 3x12 hours, 7:00–19:30
Weekend coverage: every other weekend, may change based on need
Float is required if needed

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in South Carolina
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI
NIHSS
Experience with Epic

Unit Details

Cardiac Telemetry provides 24-hour telemetry monitoring and nursing care for patients with cardiovascular conditions
Focus includes Heart Failure patients and arranging post-hospitalization care and services
Care includes continuous EKG monitoring and/or continuous oxygen saturation monitoring via telemetry, IV and oral medications for cardiac conditions and arrhythmias, and preparation of patients for cardiac interventions, surgeries, diagnostic tests, and other procedures
