Work Schedule

  • Day shift, 8 hours per day (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
  • 5 days per week
  • 36 guaranteed hours weekly
  • Weekends as needed
  • No on-call required

Job Description

  • Home Health setting with a caseload of 5-6 patients per day (1:1 ratio, may visit up to 6 patients daily)
  • Productivity standard: 30 points per day
  • Business casual or scrubs attire acceptable
  • Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate
  • Parking is free
  • Documentation tools provided and must be returned
  • Timely communication and documentation required
  • Own transportation required; occasional travel radius up to 50+ miles
  • System groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in California
  • Physical Therapy Assistant experience within the last year
  • Experience in a Home Health setting
  • BLS certification
