Travel/Contract

13 weeks

Home Health setting with a caseload of 5-6 patients per day (1:1 ratio, may visit up to 6 patients daily)
Productivity standard: 30 points per day
Business casual or scrubs attire acceptable
Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate
Parking is free
Documentation tools provided and must be returned
Timely communication and documentation required
Own transportation required; occasional travel radius up to 50+ miles
System groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time
