Job Description

Seeking a Perinatal Sonographer with experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM).

• Schedule: 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday (07:15 AM - 3:45 PM)

Required Qualifications

• Ultrasound Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
• Experience working with Maternal-Fetal patients
• Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography experience

Required Documentation & Compliance

• Proof of W4 and I9 on file
• 7-year criminal background check including SSN trace, county, state, federal, and national criminal and sex offender searches
• HHS/OIG clearance
• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months
• Tdap vaccine (no declinations accepted)
• COVID-19 vaccination required or approved medical/religious exemption
• Flu vaccination or declination documentation required annually
• Drug screening (9-panel) within 1 year of start
• N95 fit test within 1 year prior to start (facility does not provide onsite testing)

Additional Requirements

• Two satisfactory references
• Employment application and skills checklist required
• Completion of facility-specific learning modules prior to start (approximately 8 hours)
• Compliance with confidentiality, standards of conduct, and other facility policies

Notes

• No scrub color requirement; scrubs provided
• Experience with electronic medical records systems (EPIC or Cerner) preferred; less than 6 months experience may affect assignment approval
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
