Registered Nurse - PACU

Location: Rolla, Missouri
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Will take call one weeknight per week, plus weekend call rotation approximately every 8-10 weeks
Experienced travelers preferred
Epic electronic health record experience required

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
Minimum of 2 years of Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) experience, including experience within the last year
At least 2 years of total travel nursing experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience with Epic electronic health record system

Additional Information

Must sign job description and review facility policies including parking and orientation checklist
Performance evaluations required annually
Missouri state-specific background checks and registry verifications required
Prior travel experience is preferred (experienced travelers noted) but not explicitly required
