Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient Rehab
Location: Washington, District of Columbia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day (5 days/week, 8 hours/day, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed
Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation
Patient Population: Pediatrics
Average Daily Caseload: 5-8 patients
Productivity Expectation: 10 half-hour units per day
Documentation System: Cerner
Therapy Team Model: Multidisciplinary Rehab Team
Equipment Available: Parallel bars, LiteGait, FES, Aquatic therapy, wheelchairs, standers, adaptive strollers, adaptive tricycles
Dress Code: Any color scrubs, no logos, child-friendly
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pediatric Physical Therapist license in District of Columbia
- Minimum 1 year of Pediatric Physical Therapy experience within the last year
- Completion of at least one travel assignment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

- No weekend or on-call requirements
- No floating to other units or sister facilities
- Open to accommodating block schedules

- Scrubs must be child-friendly with no logos
- Photo for badge must meet specific guidelines (full face, plain background, no hats/sunglasses, no filters) and be submitted immediately after signing contract
