Registered Nurse - Cath Lab (Travel/Contract)

Location: Spartanburg, South Carolina
Shift: Day, 3x12 hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Hours per week: 36

Job Details

• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Start date: July 6
• Schedule includes call and late stay if needed
• First-time travelers accepted
• No local radius restriction; candidates within 75 miles considered local
• Attendance policy: More than two missed shifts per 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may lead to contract review and possible cancellation

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience, including experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Background and Compliance Requirements

• 7-year criminal background check within 1 year of start, updated annually, covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 30 days of start and updated for contract renewals
• Education verification of highest nursing degree (associate, bachelor, master, or doctorate)
• Social Security card required if used for I-9 verification
• Government-issued photo ID required and must be carried during hours of service
• Facility-specific documents including photo for badge, TB risk assessment, on-call policy form (if applicable), and orientation safety manual acknowledgment
• References: Two references within 3 years of start required (Qualivis requirement)
• Employment application required
• Skills checklist updated annually for applicable units

Additional Notes

• Late stay shifts may be required as part of on-call responsibilities
• Pending licenses accepted only if obtained prior to start date
• Attendance and compliance with all documentation and testing policies are strictly enforced
• Candidates must submit all Return to Office (RTO) requests during the submittal process
