Job Opportunity: Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer

• Travel / Contract
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• Day Shift Options: 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, or 9:00 AM start times
• Evening Shift Option: 2:00 PM start time
• 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (40 hours/week)
• Weekend shifts: 1-2 months duration, with 3 call shifts per month

Required Experience & Skills

• Must have at least 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist, with experience within the last year
• ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) or CCI (Cardiovascular Credentialing International) certification required
• Proficient in:

  • 2-D Echo
  • Bubble Study
  • Color Doppler
  • Imaging with Contrast Agents
  • M-Mode
  • Right Ventricular Inflow Tract (RVIT)
  • Diastology
  • LV Strain and LV Volume assessment
  • Simpson’s Rule
  • Carotid studies
