Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Core Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and monitor condition trends
• Administer and chart medications, including IVs
• Manage wound care and specialized equipment
• Coordinate care with physicians, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on post-surgery care, medications, and discharge instructions
• Recognize early signs of deterioration and respond to stabilize patients
