Registered Nurse (RN) - Lawton, Oklahoma (Temp)

Job Description

Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications.
Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs.
Adjust specialized medical equipment as needed.
Interpret and record measurements.
Monitor patients' vitals and report adverse reactions to medications promptly.

Requirements

Specialty Experience: At least 1 year of MS (Medical-Surgical) experience required.
Prior Travel Experience: Recent traveler experience highly preferred (not strictly required).
Licensure & Certifications:
- Oklahoma State License or compact license.
- BLS (AHA).
- NIH certification.
Additional Documentation:
- Work history.
- Skills checklist current to within 1 year, pertinent to the specialty.
- 2 supervisory reference forms taken within the last two years.
Candidates' permanent address considered; local candidates may be eligible for a reduced rate.
