Job Opportunity: Leadership - Administrative Director (Nights)

Job Summary

• Responsible for directing hospital operations during evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Oversees inpatient units as well as all ancillary and support departments operating during these hours.
• Acts as a role model for clinical expertise with the ability to make prompt, quality decisions.
• Supports staff through change with excellent interpersonal skills and fairness.
• Manages multiple intense activities or problems calmly and effectively.
• Demonstrates dependability and strong work ethic to motivate others.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of successful leadership experience.
• Experience in conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of daily operations in an acute care medical center, including emergency/trauma and critical care situations.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or higher.
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Documented evidence of continuing education and professional growth in healthcare and nursing.
• Critical Care skills current within the past year.
• Supervisory experience with a signed reference from within the past two years.
• Must have own vehicle for transportation.
• Permanent address and all return-to-office (RTO) requirements must be included in the profile at submission.
• All scheduling requests must be made at the time of application; no scheduling changes will be approved after offer.

Additional Information

• This is an exempt position; no overtime, holiday, call, or call-back premiums apply.
• The facility will not consider candidates residing within 50 miles of the hospital.
• Non-billable orientation required (8 hours).
• The role requires energy, fairness, consistency, and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
