Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist (PT) - Inpatient (Days)

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an inpatient setting.
• Deliver direct patient care and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Participate in developing comprehensive patient care plans.
• Use rehabilitation equipment such as splints, orthoses, prostheses, wheelchairs, and ADL equipment.
• Utilize various therapy modalities.
• Orientation: 8 hours non-billable.
• Shift: Block schedule, 10 or 12-hour shifts (shift accommodation requests will NOT be considered).
• Work hours: 32-hour guarantee (40 hours not available).
• Local travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility will NOT be considered.
• Must have own vehicle (firm requirement).

Requirements

• Education: Doctorate in Physical Therapy (required).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of current physical therapy experience (required).
• Specialty Experience: Inpatient experience (required).
• Licensure: Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapy license (must be uploaded).
• Skills: Physical therapy skills current to within 1 year (documentation required).
• References: One signed supervisory reference from within the past two years (required).
• Technology: Meditech Expanse experience is strongly preferred.
• Profile: Must include permanent address and any/all return-to-office (RTO) details at time of submission. Scheduling requests must be made upfront; no changes after offer.
