Psychiatric/Behavioral Health Registered Nurse

Overview

Travel assignment in Green Bay, Wisconsin
Inpatient psych RN
Primary location: BPC Adult Unit
Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Mostly 8-hour shifts, with some possible 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed hours: 40 per week
Every other weekend and holiday rotation
Start: ASAP
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Psychiatric (1 year of experience)
Psychiatric experience within the last year
ED - Emergency Department experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
CPI
Experience with Epic

Preferred

NIHSS

Unit Details

Adult inpatient psychiatric unit
Serves patients ages 18 and older with acute mental health illness and alcohol detox
RN ratio: 1:6 for days/pms, 1:10 for night shift
Intake/assessments are part of the unit’s case mix

Float requirements: N/A
On-call/call-back requirements: N/A
Orientation is during the week and requires schedule flexibility
Scrub color: any solid color
Contractors must be outside a 50-mile radius of Bellin Health
