Registered Nurse — Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum

Contract Length

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Kentucky
• LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum experience within the last year
• 1 year of experience in LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum
• BLS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, medication administration, wound care, and IV therapy
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, discharges, and patient/family education
• Monitor patient condition, document care, and update the plan of care as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support unit-based quality improvement
• Mentor staff and nursing students, and help orient new staff
