Job Description

As a Mental Health Coordinator, you will plan and provide clinical mental health services of a non-medical nature. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting mental health screenings and assessments through record reviews and clinical interviews.
• Developing, implementing, and modifying individual treatment plans based on evaluations of needs and functioning levels.
• Documenting treatment and evaluation activities in health care records.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Applying psychological counseling theories and techniques in treatment and activities.
• Providing mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in California.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in mental health clinical practice.
• At least 2 years of experience in a comparable mental health clinical position.
• Experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC).
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist experience within the last year.
