Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Wound Care (1 year of experience)
Wound Care experience within the last year
BLS
Wound and Ostomy Certification
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Experience in a(n) Long Term Care setting
Pressure Injury experience

Preferred Qualifications

2 years of experience
Master’s degree in Nursing
Wound and Ostomy certification

Role Focus

Provides patient and family education during inpatient stay and at discharge
Communicates with patients, families, colleagues, and other departments
Supports ethical, patient-centered care and involvement of family in the plan of care

Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, sitting, talking, hearing, and bending
