Job Overview

Assignment Details

  • Guaranteed 36 hours per week, with expectation to work up to 40 hours
  • Overtime must be approved by the director before any overtime hours are worked
  • Float to other clinics is required
  • Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
  • Expected patient volume is 12–14 patients per day
  • Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected

  • Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility may be paid at the local rate
