463-bed hospital
36 hours per week
24-week contract
Schedule: Nights 2030-0700; Evening 1430-0100
No floating

Required Qualifications

Valid Pharmacist license in Virginia
2 years of pharmacist experience
Pharmacist experience within the last year
Experience working in a hospital setting
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
Experience working with Pediatric patients
Experience working with Cardiac Surgery patients
Vancomycin AUC dosing experience
Aminoglycoside dosing experience
Renal dosing experience
Warfarin experience
Enoxaparin experience
Electrolyte protocols experience

Unit Procedures

IV verification
Medication verification
IV compounding as needed

Additional Details

Documentation systems: Meditech Magic, Vigilanz, Dose Edge, Pyxis, C2 safe
Scrubs preferred: silver/purple
Openings due to family relocation
