NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) via NBRC or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) via NBRC
Neonate experience with Bubble CPAP and vent
Must be able to work night shift coverage
On-call coverage is required, about 4 days per month, with a 1-hour response time
Must be in state for the week of orientation

Mostly adults, but also sees pediatrics and neonates
Covers inpatient, outpatient, and ER
RTs draw ABGs and perform EKGs
Does not require independent intubation
No floating outside of RT; if needed, may float within Zone 1: PEN, SFH, SFI, SMC, STM
Weekend coverage needed Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights
Holiday coverage is required
Solid colored scrubs, any color
Department has preceptors for orientation
During night shift, the therapist will be the only therapist on shift with a second therapist on call
Hospitalist is in house
