NICU Registered Nurse Travel/Contract Job - Portland, Oregon

Job Details

Specialty: Registered Nurse (Level III NICU)
Location: Portland, Oregon
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Night (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each; 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
Hours per Week: 36
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Patient Ratios: 1:1, 2:1, or variable depending on unit needs
Floating: Required to float between units and possibly to other nearby facilities based on skill set and unit needs
On-Call: Yes, as agreed upon by RN
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Block Schedules: Not required
Vehicle: Must have a vehicle for assignment

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon
Minimum 2 years of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience, with NICU experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Valid Driver’s License
