Cath Lab Registered Nurse

Job Overview

Location: Edgewood, Kentucky
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Start date: 9/8
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Call: Every fourth weekend, plus 1–2 nights per week
Holiday coverage: Included in the rotation

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kentucky
Cardiac Cath Lab (2 years of experience)
Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
6 months or more of total travel experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Epic

Required Compliance / Health Items

COVID vaccination or approved exemption
Flu vaccination or approved exemption
Tdap vaccination within 10 years
Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
Physical exam within 12 months
Fit test within 12 months of start
TB screening or chest X-ray
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity or vaccination documentation

Work Environment / Dress Code

Navy blue scrubs
No nose rings or gauged earrings
Natural fingernails required for direct client care; polish is acceptable if nails are under 1/4 inch
No agency or brand logos on apparel

On-Site Amenities
