Location: Hazard, Kentucky
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Shift Options:
- Day shift, 3 shifts per week (12 hours each, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
- Day shift, 4 shifts per week (12 hours each, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Total Hours per Week: 36

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky
Telemetry experience of at least 1 year, with telemetry experience within the last year
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
