Job Opportunity: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel/Contract

Location: Swainsboro, Georgia

Work Schedule

• 3 shifts per week, 12-hour nights (7pm-7am)
• Weekdays, some weekends, and holidays within the contract period

Required Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)

Required Skills

• Mechanical Ventilation (Vents)
• Triage
• Conscious Sedation

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics specialty
• Prior travel experience preferred but not required

Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

• Experience with CPSI preferred but not required

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Georgia
• Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
• Experience with Mechanical Ventilation (Vents)
• Experience in Triage
• Experience with Conscious Sedation

Additional Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• Completion of background checks including 7-year criminal history and federal exclusions
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Immunizations and titers as applicable (e.g., TDAP, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella)
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Negative 9-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
• Seasonal flu vaccination or declination during flu season
• Professional references within 2 years (2 references required for travel positions)
• Completion of facility-specific orientation and competency assessments

• Facility will offer the position based on profile review; phone interviews are not required
• Skills verification will be required at 90 days
