Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Cardiac Telemetry

Job Description

• Provide nursing care on a general medical/surgical telemetry floor with a focus on cardiac patients, including structural heart cases.
• Schedule typically involves rotating shifts: one week of days followed by one week of nights per pay period.
• Shift rotation is approximately 50/50 day/night; no on-call required.
• Shift changes do not occur within the same week unless requested.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 1 year telemetry experience, with telemetry experience within the last year
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

• Facility-specific training and competency assessments must be completed prior to or at orientation, including patient policy assessments, skin integrity, mobility, catheter care, and cardiac procedure education.
• No prior travel experience explicitly required.
• No call responsibilities.
• Government-issued photo ID and emergency contact form required before start.
