Position Details

• Patient Age Group: Adults
• Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Weekend Requirement: No
• On-Call Requirement: No

• Orientation: Bi-weekly

• Flu Vaccine: Required, no exemptions or declinations accepted

Required Qualifications

• License: North Carolina LPN license or Compact license in hand
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• References: Two professional references from employment within the last 12 months; at least one must be a supervisor
• Background Checks: Must be completed within 90 days of start, including SSN trace, county searches, sex offender, education verification, and others as applicable
• Drug Testing: Negative 10-panel drug test (including THC) within 30 days of start; instant tests not accepted
• Health Requirements:

  • Physical exam within 12 months
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months
  • Required vaccinations: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap, Polio
  • Seasonal flu vaccination required annually
• Additional Compliance: Must set up a guest account prior to clearance for access to orientation and work systems

• No weekend or on-call shifts required
• Flu vaccine is mandatory with no exemptions allowed
• Candidate must complete all required background checks and health documentation prior to start
• Orientation and competency exams are required
