Location: New Orleans, Louisiana
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 7 weeks

Initial schedule: Weekend nights (Friday – Sunday, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) for the first 7 weeks.
Tentative schedule change after 7 weeks: 3x12 hour day shifts (Monday – Wednesday, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM).
Pediatric (PEDS) experience required.
Must be able to float and work weekends.
Unit does NOT accept first-time travelers.
Provides clinical services according to radiology practice standards.
Demonstrates skills and knowledge in the use of all x-ray equipment and performance of all x-ray protocols and procedures.
Scrub colors: Any color.

Valid Radiology Technician license in Louisiana
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technician/X-Ray Tech, including experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
Experience working with Pediatric patients, including Pediatric (PEDS) experience
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
ARRT or ARRT-R (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Radiography) certification
Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
