- Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
- Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
Additional Information
- Government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License or State ID) must be carried on assignment.
- Background checks must be updated if there is a break in service of 2 or more months.
- Fingerprinting results are mailed and may take up to 30 days to process; must be completed ASAP.
- Physical exam does not need annual update if currently on assignment without a break.
- Travelers with latex allergies must notify the facility to ensure availability of latex-free gloves.
- Travelers returning to the facility after a break longer than 6 months may need to repeat onboarding modules.
- Modules are not assigned until 2 weeks prior to start date; travelers should not delay completion.
- Legal name must be used consistently in all onboarding systems.
