Shift: 4 x 10-hour shifts (07:00 - 17:30)
Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend

Required Qualifications

License: Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Washington
Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in specialty
Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required

Additional Requirements

Background check covering all locations lived/worked/schooled in the past 7 years
Education verification (US equivalency documentation if education completed outside the US)
Photo for badge
Completion of confidentiality, crime disclosure, and conflict of interest statements
Health documents including:
- Tdap vaccine or signed declination
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within required timeframe
- MMR vaccines or positive titers for Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella
- Hepatitis B vaccination series or signed declination
- Varicella vaccines or positive titer
- 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Seasonal flu vaccine or declination (mask required if declined during flu season)
Two professional references completed within 1 year of start
Competency exams and medication/pharmacology competency as applicable
