Job Opportunity: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Washington, District of Columbia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract


Job Description

  • Provide home health nursing care using OASIS E & HCHB PointCare EMR systems (experience required)
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8)
  • May be asked to float to cover other zip codes within the District of Columbia as needed
  • Service area assignments based on staffing needs within the District
  • Use of personal vehicle required; must have reliable transportation meeting licensure and insurance requirements
  • Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between patients

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license for District of Columbia (DC license required)
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
  • OASIS E experience required
  • First-time travel nurses accepted (no prior travel experience required)

Contract Length

  • 13 weeks

Additional Notes

  • Locals within 60 miles may be considered at a different rate
  • Float coverage may be requested occasionally
